AGENDA: Approval of the updated HKBA Constitution.
A copy of the revised HKBA Constitution can be found on our website or at the HKBA front office.
For noting, the updates being put forward for review and approval are to ensure greater consistency with the HKBA Board formation and structure. The proposed changes will further align us to other similar Association formats.
Key changes:
- Removal of Elected Board Members with the title President and Vice President
- Elected Board Members after each AGM to nominate a Chairperson for the next 12 months.
- For the abovementioned changes to take effect prior to the upcoming AGM on July 24th.
