Spider’s Academy is a “pathway program” designed to prepare players with the skills and playing concepts required for Spiders representative basketball. Academy participants receive a once weekly training session focusing on offensive and defensive individual and team skills, decision making and play competitive small-sided games. This program is for boys born 2017-2018 during school terms 1-2.

Terms 1-2 program information (19 weeks + Tournament):

• One-hour weekly skills training and small sided game play each Friday afternoon
  • Dates: Fridays, 30 January – 26 June 2026 (NO CLASSES ON PUBLIC ORSCHOOL HOLIDAYS)
  • Times: 4:00pm-5:00pm
  • Venue: Brickpit Stadium Thornleigh
• Participation in Tournament games held on Sunday 12th July 2026 from 9:00am-2:00pm at Castle Hill
• Spiders Academy reversible singlet provided
• Cost $500.00 (NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR CLASSES MISSED)
