Games cancelled within the 24 hour period will incur an administration fee:
- Forfeit fee within 24 hours for Grades 1-2 Primary Teams: $75
- Forfeit fees within 24 hours for Grades 3-6 Primary Teams: $80
- Forfeit fee within 24 hours for Junior Teams: $85
- Forfeit fee within 24 hours for Senior Teams: $85
Games cancelled outside the 24 hour period will incur an administration fee:
- Forfeit fee outside 24 hours for Grades 1-2 Primary teams: $50
- Forfeit fee outside 24 hours for Grades 3-6 Primary teams: $55
- Forfeit fee outside 24 hours for Junior teams: $60
- Forfeit fee outside 24 hours for Senior teams: $65
Where teams do not show or advise us of forfeit they will pay both team’s court fees:
- Grades 1-2 Primary teams $150
- Grades 3-6 Primary teams $160
- Junior teams $170
- Senior teams $170
