Team forfeits must be received as soon as possible. Please call the office on 9980 6255 in addition to filling out the form below:

Games forfeited and advised to the office will incur an administration fee equivalent to their weekly court fee. Where teams do not show up to games a forfeit fee equivalent to BOTH TEAMS WEEKLY COURT FEES will be charged.

Thank you for submitting your forfeit online. Forfeit fee will be charged on either your nominated instalment date or on game day. Any questions can be directed to our office between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, or by emailing info@hkbaspiders.com.au
