Voting and the counting of Proxy Votes will be conducted at the AGM.
Only one proxy vote can be used per member. Junior members may appoint one parent or guardian per family to vote on their behalf at the AGM. For further clarification on qualifications required, please refer to the Constitution 25th July 2023 which is available to members on the hkbaspiders.com.au (under Protocols and Policies) or please contact the Board Secretary, Karen Mocatta.
All proxy forms must be received at least 15 minutes prior to the AGM starting. Forms may be brought to the AGM by your nominated member; emailed to info@hornsbyspiders.com.au or handed in to the office.
Zoom Link
Anyone who cannot attend the meeting due to work/ related issues and/ or needs to avoid a crowded function room due to health concerns can obtain a zoom link.
Email info@hkbaspiders.com.au for the zoom link prior to 12 noon on Thursday. This link is available to members upon verification.
The voting form will be sent to eligible individual members during the AGM via the Chat Function.
Any Member who is requesting the zoom link and wants to hold a proxy, must submit the proxy prior to 12 noon on Thursday. Only one proxy can be held per member 18 years or older.
