All BNSW memberships expiring from December 2025 onward are set by default to auto-renew upon expiry. Members will receive multiple reminder emails when their expiry is approaching informing them of their auto renewal. To opt out of auto renewal:
– Open the Basketball Connect App & Log In
– Tap More in the bottom right
– Got to My Profile – parents may need to switch profile at the top to pause their child’s membership
– Go to My Membership
– Scroll to the right on your membership and tap the 3 dots under action, then Opt Out of Auto-Renewal
