Specifically for parents, new coaches, or anyone new to basketball who will be coaching and/or managing a new team in after school Hornsby Basketball competitions.
Coaching and managing notes provided for all participants.
Course content:
-Roles and responsibilities of a coach and/or manager
-Teaching skills and how to get your team to play together
-Player substitutions, use of time outs and basic game strategies
-What if scenarios/problem solving/resolutions
