Intent to trial form:

Players who have previously played Representative basketball at another Association MUST complete this Intent to Trial form.

If this has not been submitted you will not be permitted to trial. Please note that each Association is limited to a number of transfer players they are allowed to take each season. Exemptions may be made for families that have moved to the area. If this applies to your family please let us know prior to the trials.
