ELITE SERIES IS HERE – HKBA is proud to officially launch the ‘Elite Series’, a high‑performance competition built for the top talent in NSW for both Juniors and Seniors.

Team applications close COB Wednesday 19th August with team selection announcements on Friday 21st August.

Junior Elite Series challenges athletes in fully timed basketball games, showcasing the best emerging players in U13, U15 and U17 boys and girls’ divisions.

Each game features 8‑minute fully timed quarters, accredited referees, full bench staff, finals, and prizes – delivering a professional environment worthy of the state’s strongest competitors.

U13 and U15 Boys play 8am to 3:30pm Sundays 6 and 13 September at Barker College + finals 20 September at Brickpit Stadium.

U13 and U15 Girls play 10:30am to 6pm Sundays 6 and 13 September + finals 20 September at Barker College + finals 20 September at Brickpit Stadium.

U17 Boys and Girls play 6pm to 9pm Fridays 4 September to 25 September at the Brickpit Stadium.

Minimum 4 games per team. Junior team registrations are $1,365/team (8-10 players).

Team Applications:

  • Teams must submit 8–10 players and a coach
  • Divisions: U13 + U15 (6 teams each), U17 (4 teams each)
  • Team selection is based on the playing experience/ qualifications of team members
  • One coach/team manager per team submits the application form.

Each game features 8‑minute fully timed quarters, 3PO refereeing, full bench staff, finals, and prizes – delivering a professional environment worthy of the state’s strongest competitors.

Think your team has what it takes to win? Apply and compete for $1765 prize money.

Women play Tuesday nights (6:30-10:30pm) at the Brickpit Stadium from 8 September to 13 October.

Men play Wednesday (6:30-10:30pm) nights at the Brickpit Stadium from 9 September to 14 October.

Minimum 6 games per team. Senior team registrations are $1,365/team (7-10 players).

  • Divisions: Women (6 teams each) & Men (6 teams each)
  • Team selection is based on the playing experience / qualifications of team members
